On Saturday, May 13th I ordered a last minute Mother's Day plant to be delivered on Sunday, May 14th. I received an order confirmation immediately after my purchase confirming my order would be delivered to her on Mother's Day (as they advertised). Everything seemed to be going alright, and I couldn't wait for my mother to recieve her beautiful flowered plant.

Mother's Day came and went with no delivery. I was a little upset, but figured it wasn't too big of a deal as long as she recieved it by Monday. I let my mother know I loved her and that her gift should be there shortly..

Monday came and she still had not received her gift. I attempted to contact the company, but the lines were constantly busy. I then emailed the company about the problem, and no one returned my email. I continued trying to call in hopes of getting through, but nothing. I then emailed the company a 2nd time letting them know I was going to contact my credit card company if I didn't hear back from them today. No reply.

I continued to call and evenutally was able to get through to the usual "Press 1 for new orders, press 2 for..." I tried everything thing from pressing 1 for new orders to checking on my delivery, and I kept getting a message saying that no one was available to take my call. THEN THE PHONE LINE WOULD DISCONNECT!!! Okay, so I'm getting pretty ticked off right about now. Patience have gone out the window. I just want my money back.

So I called my credit card company to get my money charged back. Then I attempted to file a report with the BBB, but their website kept locking up.

Bottom line, don't do business with this company. Don't expect them to be honest and fulfill their end of the deal after you've paid them in full.

I learned my lesson. Next time I'll come to this website before I do business with anyone else. Do your research before you hand over your credit card #.

Okay, so I never could get in touch with anyone from 180066roses. Tuesday comes, and it's now 2 days after my mother was supposed to get her flowers. Someone from 180066roses calls my mother early afternoon. My mother wasn't home. So they waited a couple hours before calling me. They left a message saying THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHY THE DELIVERY WASN'T MADE, but my mother would get her flowers today. I immediately called them back. Of course! No answer!!! I left a message telling them to cancel the order, because at this point I just wanted my money back. It was already 2 days after Mother's Day, and she already has another gift on the way. Not even 5 minutes after I left that message she got her flowers from some local florist. It was after 6:00pm, and apparently he was just as surprised by the delay as she was. Oh, and did I mention the flowers were completely different from what I requested? What a RIP-OFF!!! My mother doesn't even like pink. Maybe they should advertise the flowers without a picture since there is no telling what you will get!!!
