1833 Riveredge Dr. Tarpon Springs, Florida, Do not purchase this homestead property. It has been stolen from its rightful owner. These group of people have lied, played with the courts, promised to satisfy the rightfull owner who has lost everything due to the acts of these people.

This property at 1833 Riveredge Dr. Tarpon Springs, Fl has liens against it. This property is still in litigation and if you purchase this property you will be included in the litagation. The realtor has been notified of these lien. They continue to market this property. The realtor barely escaped litigation as she has been involved with this property before. Do not let them tell you they got a judicial lien, it is not valid, it was issued by a recused judge. This makes the judgment void!!!!!!! Read your Florida Statues regarding Statutory Liens. The liens are registered with the State of Florida, UCC and in the Pinellas County Records. 

Stewart Title and Michael Cohn attempt to terminate another persons UCC Statutory Lien, files in Pinellas County to make it look free and clear. This is not the case, Stewart and Cohn can not terminate another persons filing with the UCC. This is a manuver to blind side another unsuspecting buyer. Do Not Fall For It!!!!!

Talk about a black cloud! This property has the darkest cloud over it and it will never disapate until the rightful owner is either returned of their property or is paid for this property. Homestead, your protection of your home in Florida, Yeah Right! This is the biggest scam in history.
