1880 Western Wear Western by Design Got the total run around!! colville, Washington
I ordered a jacket from this company over the internet. I could not get a valid tracking number, even though my credit card was charged, and I never received the merchandise. I called and left numerous messages ( no regular office hours or customer service) and I never got a call back. The two times I did manage to get someone to answer, they stated they were "not in the office and they would have to call me back." I have never gotten a call back yet, so I called my credit card company and they are disputing the charge and I'm so angry at their unprofessionalism I could scream. I feel that there is something very wrong about this company and I would encourage anyone thinking about doing business with them - Beware!! There are many red flags about my order and I had a really bad feeling from the start. From now on I will read the reports before I order. Good Luck!
