I Ordered parts from 1AUTOBODYPARTS.com on Mar.13,2003. It is now April 19, 2003. No Parts have been shipped and I have Called this Company 6 or more times in regards to my order. Once, they told me the parts were shipped and i would be recieving them in 4 days, they did not come.

I called back and was told 1 part was on back order and they wuold ship my order complete when it came in. I again called back a week later and was told my order was being shipped the next day.

I have not received anything yet to this day. My order was for the amount of over $400.00. Something needs to be done about this company. I have sent them a number of e-mails concerning this problem with no response. Each time you send a e-mail on there site, it says a representitive will contact me.

I have NEVER got a reply from this Company AT ALL. I intend to persue Legal Action if I dont hear from them soon. I WILL NOT pay a restocking fee of any kind. I WANT MY PARTS NOW! OR, I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW.

The only chance that can help you to get your money back is call your credit card company and dispute the charge. Ask them to reverse the charge. This company has too many excuse not to ship the order, maybe they don't have fund to ship the order, or they don't have the parts and they "wait (forever) until the container from Taiwan coming". Have you check your credit card statement? no surprise? The letters from BBB or if you pursue legal action will be forgotten in the next minute. Why waste your time? Emails? they don't have enough manpower to reply those tons of emails. Phones? why pay extra for bad services. Check other complaint with this company: Parts Components International, Inc.
