I opened the package containing my ordered painting from 1st Art Gallery with some anticipation even though my suspicions were already raised by the fact that the package had come from China. I rolled open the canvas and was absolutely shocked by the APPALLINGLY POOR QUALITY. The landscape looked like a Disney cartoon!!! f*g (1st Art Gallery) promise ‘Museum Quality’ but the only museum I can possibly think that f*g’s David B. is referring to is the ‘Chinese Museum Of Cheap Reproductions Painted by Five Year Olds’. As for David’s B. claim that ‘All of our artists have at least 15 years of painting experience along with a degree in fine arts’ and ‘Each oil painting is created by hand using only the finest canvas and oil paints available’ would be laughably if he weren’t routinely cheating unsuspecting customers with his false and misleading claims. My garbage painting looked like it was painted by an unskilled migrant Chinese sweatshop worker using cheap plastic-like canvas and cheap Chinese paints.

FAGs worthless guarantee claims ‘Our paintings are backed by a 100% Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee, a Lifetime Warranty and are delivered by courier free of charge’. However, when I asked an aggressive, rude and surly David B. to honor the 100% Money Back Guarantee, he said that they were going to deduct their FREE of charge shipping costs! As I live in New York and f*g’s website gives their address as, 1st Art Gallery Inc, 244, 5th Avenue, Suite D-230,New York, N.Y. 10001 USA, I took their garbage painting to their 5th Avenue address only to find out it was a mailing address and they don’t have a real office here. Intrigued, I checked the company registrations for New York State only to find out they weren’t incorporated here, so I checked the other states and found out that they aren’t incorporated in the United States! They also give a London address, 1st Art Gallery Inc, Unit 9676, PO Box 6945, London, W1A 6US but that is just a PO (Post Office) box number so not a real address either. I checked UK company registrations and, of course, they are not registered there either. So David B., where is f*g registered? Offshore, like the other crooked companies?

As the package had come from China I wondered if f*g was a Chinese company posing as a Western one. So I traced the psychotic David. B’s rude emails back to their source and remarkable he is based in a moshav in ISRAEL!!! Would that be in the Occupied Territories, David B? But f*g’s website claims, ‘Also, since our customer service group and shipping department are located on the same floor, this guarantees open communication between you and your art’ -  that is one BIG FLOOR stretching all the way from ISRAEL to CHINA!!! I read another complainants’s comments that f*g was just a reseller for Chinese studios so I sent off some emails to some of the Chinese studios on the web and struck gold. A Tom Wang from Toperfect said that a few years ago they supplied f*g but after they raised their prices in order to maintain quality f*g stopped sending them orders and now used another Chinese studio. Tom Wang confirmed that David B. and his father were based in Isreal and that they have NEVER visited the studio, Tom said they sell the same paintings as painted for f*g and could sell directly to me for ONE THIRD of what f*g charged. He also said that f*g had cheated them at the end by not paying them for some paintings. So not only does f*g lie about having their own studio, they cheat their suppliers as well as their customers.

In short, f*g are not incorporated in a Western county, they do not have their studio but use Chinese studios, they are in fact based in Israel,  they lie about museum quality, the lie about the paint and canvas used, the lie about their 100% Money Back Gurantee, they lie about the free shipping.

FAGs claim of ‘Welcome to 1st Art Gallery - The Largest Gallery in the World!’, should more correctly read ‘Welcome to 1st Art Gallery - The Biggest Liars in the World!

A little digging around on the internet shows where these guys are really based. They are in fact based in the People’s Republic of China not in the USA – see attached screenshots. They advertise themselves on Aliexpress.com (who also has over 55 ripoffreports!) which is a website solely for businesses based in communist China, you can find 1st-art-gallery.com’s details here:

Nowhere on their website at1st-art-gallery.com do they say that they are based in the People’s Republic of China, they give addresses in New York and London that are in fact virtual offices nor despite being challenged to do so have they posted their US company incorporation certificate.

 

1st-art-gallery.com claims on their website that, ‘Our average artist is a university graduate with an advanced degree in art who, apart from working for our company, also develops his own portfolio of original art.’ Nowhere do say that their artists are in red China where they learn Chinese scroll paintings rather than Western painting techniques at university. This is evidenced by the shockingly abysmal quality of their paintings. China has many of these ‘painting factories’ where the only qualification needed is the willingness to work for long hours for low pay.

 

The owner’s replies on here always claim that it is ‘the competition’ posting negative reviews about them despite the fact that negative reviews are over a number of years and from various people, the owner NEVER addresses the real issues of shoddy, low quality paintings and very poor customer service. Post your US company incorporation certificate today and maybe people will believe the rest of your self-serving hyped replies otherwise stop trying to deceive people about your location because honest customers are always here to tell the shady truth about 1st-art-gallery.

You were asked six months ago to post your company incorporation certificate here, once again you have failed to do so. It is a PUBLIC document so there should be problem posting it here unless of course you don't have one and are only pretending to be a US company. I am still waiting for your legal summons, is the reason that you haven't sent it because you are not actually based in the USA but are are a fake company?

It has now been more than six weeks but I still have received any legal summons from 1st Art Gallery, not surprising really as the only way the conman David B. would ever go near a law court is when he is wearing handcuffs and leg shackles which given his lies and cheating will happen sometime in the near future. He still hasn’t posted his incorporation certificate here yet and that’s because 1st Art Gallery isn’t a real company but a fake business run by an Israeli on a moshav probably somewhere in the Occupied Territories. DON’T BUY FROM THIS LYING CHEAT!

Customers no longer give their details on these many ripoff reports about your fake company David.B because despite your website claim ‘We do not share our customers’ personal information with anyone. Period.’, you posted the personal contact details of genuine customers who had complained about your sub-standard paintings and psychotic customer service here on ripoffreport (see reports: 1st Art Gallery Website promised "museum quality"; delivered total rubbish) that’s just another one of your many lies.

As for your ‘cannot match our customer service’, we can see it best exemplified in your response to another cheated customer where you reply, ‘F*king American jews... the most problematic customers. Them and the Arabs’ (1st Art Gallery NO DELIVERY TIME RACIST OFFENSIVE REPRESENTATIVES).  I think your competitors would find it very hard to match your level of offensiveness!

You always claim it is ‘the competition’ when one of these complaints is filed against you but really given the appalling quality of your paintings and aggressive customer service, I really think that your competitors are completely and utterly ashamed of the disrepute that you bring to their industry. But of course, conveniently claiming it is ‘the competition’ means that you then don’t deal with the real issues that we customers are raising in these many reports about being cheated by your fake company.

If, as you state, this complaint ‘will be dealt with legally’, how? Where is your company incorporated? Post your company incorporation document here, David B. It really shouldn’t be a problem as company records are public documents so please don’t claim privacy reasons for not posting. Fail to post it here and readers will draw the inevitably conclusion that your company is fake.

In your rebuttal here you state that you are based in the USA but emails from 1st Art Gallery are traced back to Isreal. Are you categorically denying that you are in fact based in Isreal? If so, then post you real US address here and not the NYC mailing address.

I’ll make a deal with you David B., I’ll stop telling the truth about your fake company and shoddy paintings if you stop telling lies to unsuspecting customers.
