AuthorHouse never sent me an memo or recieved a letter to be known of Kerschbaum being my sales rep. I thought it was Rich VanLue. First of all the copyright issue, is really a cunning way publishers did it.They added my book under their account with the U.S. Copyright office. Now they saying they own the cover and format of the book. which is not what I was told or in my agreement contract. Secondly on copyright application in the rights and permission to material section is OPTIONAL. And they lied telling me that it was coming to me directly from copyrights office. Instead they did not send me a copy of this application before sending in to be register to get an my approval. They expect us to pay before doing anything yet we don't get what we paid for. They so unprofessional! I designed book cover I gave the title but somehow they now telling me they own cover and format of the book. TERRIBLE company. I strongly advice writers if you are looking for a publisher AuthorHouse is not trustworthy. I published one book and will be the only book they will published of my work.
