I had a working relationship with this company for several years, normally payments made were spiratic or up to 6+ months late. As for construction they would pay late or you had to beg to receive payment and they always ask you to do things outside of the contract that were never paid. We have not worked with these people in about a year after they have not responded to phone calls, emails, or fax for a $10,000 bill, for a project that is up and running and completed, also never do work in any of their homes because you will never be paid they got me there for another 3-4,000. BEWARE of THEM unless you can afford to fund their projects or can write them off as a dependants! Funny thing is they still have the nerve to call asking us to perform services and bid projects???
If you are ripped off by these people contact and report them to both the Sarasota FL. building department and the construction licensing board in Talahassee FL.

We have created a group that is banning together to collect our money from 1st Choice Facilities. They change their name like they change their clothes everyday and are trying to fool everyone. They lie, cheat and scam us out of money. If you would like our help in getting paid, doing it together as a group will definitely put more and more pressure on the company and retailers to do something about their unscrupulous business practices. Email us at a gmail account using vendorvictims before the @ sign and make sure to put . com after the gmail word. (Wink Wink) Not allowed to put our email address in here so you will have to understand the above. Give us some details about your situation and we as a group will win. They have to be stopped. They got me and countless others. You are right they just don't care. With information gathered together we can fight.
