 I purchased from Amazon Local vent cleaning services from 1stChoice on 8/12/13. I was told the first available appointment was in October. I scheduled and waited. Two days before the appointment i was contacted and advised they were confirming my appointment. The day came and they were supposed to arrive between 8 am and 1 pm. By 1245 i had not heard from anyone, so i called. I received a phone call that they were "running behind" and would arrive between 2-5, by 445 there was no call no show. I called and was told that they would work late and that if I could make arrangments they would show up by 8 pm. They were ultimately a no call no show. I called and left several messages the following days with NO return phone calls.

When I finally got thru I was told, "we're sorry. we'll reschedule you right away, you won't have to wait and we'll give you a $50.00 credit for additional services". When I never received a phone call to reschedule (as promised), i called back and recounted all the activity. I was told that the next earliest appointment was going to be the following day. I accepted stayed home from work (AGAIN) only to not have anyone show, or call, or even recognize taht I had an appointment. I was told that they saw the request for $50.00 credit but that no one would be in the Dallas area until November 12th.

 I called on 11.11.13 to confirm the appointment where I was met with laughter about my situation from the phone reps and told that the person who is supposed to call woudl call me "next". I received NO PHONE CALL. I again stayed home from WORK to await services. I called 11.12.13 and spoke to a rep who was EXCEPTIONALLY rude and told me that "she ain't gone help me if I don't give her my address..." and "there aint no supervisors or managers here it's only 8:44 in the morning here"... Well considering the poor grammar and speach to go along with the piss poor attitude I was livid. I forced the issue and received a woman who stated she was a manager. I have no way of knowing but she was much nicer than the idiot I spoke with initially. She confirmed that her records pretty much showed exactly what I recounted to her.  She apologized and stated the compnay is under new management. She said that they wouldn't have anyone availabie in Houston until the 25th...well that's great, except I live in North Texas, Near Fort Worth, Houston is a plane ride away! My zip code has not changed in over 6 years!

This is the most inept company i've ever encountered and they are in SEVERE need of an overhaul and TRAINING for their contact centers and leadership. I have requested that the CEO contact me by COB on Thursday 11.14.13 or I"m going to the media. We'll see what happens.

Consumer please do NOT utilize 1st Choice for anything. If any of the large companies that they claim they have contracts with review these sites, please end your contracts with this company.
