Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

In July of 2012 I made my first purchase with 1st Class Medical.  I had prevsiouly begun requiring oxygen and wanted to make a big trip, for which a portable oxygen concentrator would be necessary.  I found 1st Class Mediccal, and after some research decided to purchase a Life Choice Oxygen Concentrator SN11315.  They sold this item to me as a "new" concentrator, the cost was $3590.00.  Insruance covers none of this.

I took my trip, came home, and put the concentrator aside for a while.  It was on my very next trip, some months later, that I pulled out my trusted travel concentrator and went on the trip.  This is when the issues began.  The concentrator did not work right for the second trip...and has not ever worked correctly since that time.

When I came home I thought I would take this up with the company, but had some other personal issues arise which required my immediate attention and the concentrator issue was placed on the back burner.  The next trip I took I had the same issues with the concentrator.

Finally, in July of 2015 I contacted 1st Class Medical and explained my problems, but said the warranty on the part that makes the concentrator work had already expired, that I would have to purchase another concentrator.  They did, however, on this transaction give me a generous trade in of $2045.00 on the old concentrator, leaving a balance on the new concentrator of $1995.00.  When I received this "new" concentrator, I had no time to test it before my departure, so it wasn't until I was actually on my trip that I realized this concentrator does not work either. However, upon returning from that trip I was hospitalized and again could not immediately address the non-working conctrator situation.

When I was finally able to contact the company with regard to this second concentrator not working, I was told it was the battery, which wasn't under warranty any longer, and that I would have to purchase a new one.  I became frustrated.  Now I am being told that i "might" get a $200 maximum buy back of this concentrator - the second one which has not worked from this company.  I am very frustrated and do not know what to do.
