Darnell I'm glad you took a stand and voiced what happen to you I feel your pain that company got me also. Since I responded to the Rip-off report on December 1 I sent David Johnson quite a few emails letting him know that the people that he scammed is on to him and he hasn't emailed me back since I told him I didn't receive my funds but he is still sending out emails soliciting his business and I emailed him telling him why would I respond when you didn't keep your end of the bargain. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and hopefully they can put David and his other associates running this scam out of commission once and for all.

Darnell - you're not alone. I was ripped off by the same company. They were 1st Payday Loans, Inc. and are now doing business as 1st Payday Advance, Inc. I urge you to file a complaint with the BBB, FTC and the TX Department of FIDS. I assure you I am working dilligently to ensure that this company pays. You CAN make a difference, so file your complaints today - they can all be done online. Additionally, you can email me at [email protected] and we can further discuss. Please don't do what this company wants you to do, which is give up and let them keep your money!
