200cash.com I've been decieved (royaly) Wilmington Delaware
I applied for a loan online through 200cash.com they called back and stated tht i was approved well after 2 weeks I told them that I wanted to cxl per no cash recv'd they stated okay and still kept attepting to run charges through my account even though no deposit had ever been made.My account is now in the negative by 200 dollars. When you attempt to contact them you cant reach a live individual what can I do ?

The first thing (maybe the only necessary thing) is to dispute the charges with your bank. Your bank should then credit the amount back to you & solicit proof from the organization as to their right to collect. When they cannot (because you never agreed to the loan terms nor did you receive the proceeds of the loan, right?), your bank SHOULD waive the fees... but you may have to attempt to collect the fees from the organization.
