212 Salon and Day Spa Upper Montclair Cancelled on me a month before my wedding Upper Montclair New Jersey
Do not book this place, they just cancelled on me a month before my wedding—me and 9 girls in my bridal party
They just made one of the worst nightmares for a bride come true.
To anyone considering this salon—I spoke with spoke to Diandra via email last March and told her I wanted 10-15 girls for March 2016, and the date was reserved for me. This week Judy, Irene and I were discussing day-of logistics. Judy calls me and tells me “we can no longer accommodate you, we are under staffed.” I asked to speak to Guy and he said the same thing. He claims people quit and can no longer accommodate me all of a sudden. Mind you, this is after I paid $100 for hair trial and another $100 for makeup trial.
It is absolutely disgusting, immoral and unethical to cancel on a bride a month before her wedding and I hope this review saves someone else from going through what I am going through right now.
