after reading this report i felt compelled to share some facts with the readers of ripoff report. improvements on a mortgage loan are handled by the retailer(in this case wholesale homes) bids on these improvements are made by the retailer in advance of the closing. and the improvements and amounts of the improvements are disclosed at the closing of any mortgage loan. sounds to me like wholesale homes is who yavonne should be reporting!

I just want to make sure you understand what they mean by an improvement to the land. An improvement is virtually anything that takes raw land and adds to the value. Putting any structure on the land is normally considered an improvement. I am not sure how much the pad costs to install, but I do not think that is too out of line (depends on what part of the country) for a foundation.
