My wife had a stroke so I was trying to find a machine that would help her in recovery. I came across a nustep that I thought might help her on this website, www.24hourfitdeals.com. Well the CEO "Levi" he said his name was, somehow talked me into buying this Spirit crs800s which turned out to be a commercial grade machine. I wasn't sure I wanted to buy it and he said if I give him my bank routing numbers he could get me the best deal. Well the next thing I know he had taken $3448 out of my account, dam!!! the bank said well I gave him my routing number so it was legal even though I dint tell him I wanted it for sure. I talked with Levi and he said there would be a 20 restocking fee if I canceled the order, but if I go ahead and let them ship it to me I would have 60 days to try the machine and decide if I wanted to keep it at no cost free return shipping and no restocking fee so no loss of any money..website even states free shipping 60 day guarantee zero risk free returns..Now they tell me I will have to pay $688 the cost it cost them to ship it to me.
So now I have a machine that was made to be sold to retirement homes for there gym or physical therapy treatment centers, according to most of the listing on other websites. It took a month to be delivered and the whole time 24hourfitdeals had no idea where it was. Levi told me it was comming from there warehouse in Texas, turned out it came from the distributor in Arkansas. By the way Spirit dealership canceled with 24hourfitdeals, they can no longer sell there product due to to many complaints. When I tried to send it back for free I thought they told me they would have to inspect it, charge me the $688 for the shipping to me and then if it was all good refund the rest..Right!! I was born at night but not last night..
