3000toys.com Ships defective toys and does not respond to e-mail complaints, Internet
Ships defective products and refuses to respond to complaints. I purchased a remote controlled PT cruiser from 3000toys.com. The product arrived with leaking batteries that had corroded the contacts and battery compartment making the toy unusable. They have refused to even acknowledge the e-mail I sent advising them of the problem.

Responded to my complaint, perhaps after seeing online postings like this one, after 11 days and promised to send a replacement.
