310 Nutrition 310 Shake Unauthorized charges Internet
I purchased the "free" sample from this company's website. The website indicates that in order to avoid an automatic autoship after purchase of your sample, you need to call or email the company within 14 days. Well, I notifed them within 4 hours after ordering my sample via email that I wanted to cancel and not recieve the autoship. A representative responded to me within a day and confirmed she recieved my request. She never processed it, charged me for a new bag for $128 a month later, and now they are ignoring all my inquiries. This company is a scam.
