Complaint Review: 3rd Eye Surveillance - Richardson Texas

I own 3rd Eye Surveillance, LLC ...the review that is seen on this page is FALSE!  the person who posted it, MollyHolly, is really a former partner of mine.  I had been in business already 6+ years when i partnered with this guy.  He invested his dollars and we continued my business as usual.  He was very nervous about the whole thing, probably never did anythng like this before, and he drove me absolutely insane with micro-managing of "HIS" money.  Everytime something happened that he didn't like, he threatened to run to the bank and get all "HIS" money and quit (something our business contract forbid).  and eventually, on 11/19/11, he did just that, ran to the bank and took all of "HIS" money (we were doing business and depositing tens of thousands of dollars into the bank also), and he also stole everything we had purchased for inventory, computers, etc.

He said he wanted to work with us, and be the bookkeeper, and he never did one bit of work.  The day he robbed the joint (which was just 10 weeks after we started), every single receipt was still in dissarray on his desk, never touched.  He sat at his house and stared at the bank account, then rifled questions to me each day about "what did you spend this for?  what did you spend that for?" and never showed up once to actually "work".

He never took an interest in what we actually do, he was invited to go to client meetings and declined, he was invited to visit jobsites and after saying he would go, would decline the next morning because he didn't want to get out of bed.  it was a nightmare to have him constantly watching every move we make, asking stupid questions (we sell a full computer - DVR - with each camera system) and this guy is asking us why we're buying computer parts ...duh!

When he says that we ripped him off, i'd like to explain.  He spent $43,000 on a new facility for our business, carpeted it, painted it, furnished, and purchased 500 new cameras for inventory.  He took the cameras and computers, and claims that our rip-off of him was in keeping the building.  Well we couldn't exactly give him back the carpet and the paint, and the furniture stayed since i guess he was too lazy and cheap to get a truck and get those too.

WE RIPPED OFF NO ONE!  we had a contract, and if he wanted out of the business, there were provisions in the contract that he could have used.  We even met with our attorneys just a week before he stole everything and tried to make a decision about how to get him out of our business, but he freaked out and robbed the joint before we could ever come up with a solution to end this nightmare.

3rd Eye Surveillance has now been in business for 11+ years and we have never had a complaint.  Not one!  we are rated A+ with the Better Business Bureau (and we didn't buy that rating with being accredited, we earned it the good old fashioned way thru hard work and integrity). 

We are known to give away free cameras if we believe a client's facility needs it but they can't afford it.  We do whatever it takes to be honest and integritable.
