411.Info Corp. Chuck Holder, Adrian Chromenko Paid $150 and tried to Bill my credit card for another $150, but did not provide the service I requested via phone and email Sterling Virginia
Chuck Holder, owner of 411.Info tried to bill my credit card for $150 even after I had informed Adrian Chromenko not to ever bill my card again because they did not provide the product as I requested. They placed all Geotags within a six mile radius in a low population area, disregarding the cities that I gave via email to Chuck and his associate at ext: 541. Not only did they not market in the correct cities, they did not comply with the States that I requested. Furthermore, they used the wrong phone number and wrong business name. Thus,when I informed Chuck, he stated via email that he would crash the bad sites, which are still clearly visible with all the eroneous information. When I asked when will he take them down with my information, he said I am putting the sites up for sale. Thus, there is a floating banner not covering my information. When I questioned why is the bad info still visible, Chuck remarked "So?" He said I did not give them a chance to make corrections, furthermore, he lied by saying that he did not know I was unhappy. He clearly knew because Adrian said that he had spoken with him. And Adrian got the list of the correct citites from Chuck as he stated in an email to me. Customer service is very very poor and becareful with these guys because they will charge your credit card and not deliver as promised. Furthermore, they will try to charge your credit card even after you asked them not to via email.
