Their "Sync2" software for Outlook, created multiple duplicates in the inbox, messed up my calendar, Contacts (Nearly 2000) completely messed up. Spent a whole day correcting the damage and 4team wants me to reinstall it on both machines so they can troubleshoot it before I can have a refund. Also didn't know that by installing the program that it will allow remote access to my computer for their techs, which I can't allow because of my job. I have had my Outlook PST file since 1995 and this is the first time it ever got messed up. They refuse to refund me!
Reading the reviews on download.com, it looks like all the good reviews are written by people associated with 4team (Wording looks similar). The negative reviews say the same things I have experienced. Also when I told the sales person over the phone at 4team that I can't allow them remote access because of my job, I was called a "want to be spy". Extremely rude staff over the phone and they claim their 14 day money back satisfaction guarantee is a only good if you let their techs have access to your computer to try and fix it remotely.
Their website is misleading because you will see a Microsoft Certified Seal and a Seal stating a 14 day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee. They want to keep my $60 real bad and don't care if I am unsatisfied.
Don't let the good reviews fool you, like it did me. Even though I made the payment through Paypal, Paypal only covers tangible items and not software. $60 down the drain! BEWARE!

I told your customer rep I cannot afford to spend another day correcting my Outlook PST file after your program screws it up reinstalling your program, just to get my money back. I am not satisfied with your software and would like my money back, plain and simple.
You have responded with this quote: "Your requests and actions are violation of our agreements that you signed". I did not sign any agreement, so if you think you have something I signed, post it here! Your company is the only one in violation, of deceptive practices (Please open the attachment with this post).
I encourage other people that are interested of possibly buying your software to take a look at the other negative reviews on other sites.
P.S. If I used your software for over a year and want to install it on new computer, you will want me to repurchase the license for the full amount again (Never heard of any software company doing that). I also didn't mention that I build and troubleshoot PCs for a living, just to let people know I am not your average user.

No where does it say, I would have to allow remote access to my computer to get a refund. As I explained, I am not allowed to give you access to my computer. Your company has no intention of making me happy and that says alot about your company. I would have been happier if you gave me a refund and then I might have used one of your other products, but your company would rather fight me over the $60.
The software was uninstalled off both computers before the 14 days were up. During the uninstalls the program went to your website to confirm the uninstalls, so you know I unistalled them. Please refund the money I paid, which will help your reputation.
Also, it would help if right on your webpage (Sync2 Main Page) you would stipulate the terms that have to be met, instead of making it look like the "14 day money back guarantee" is unconditional (This is the scam I am talking about). I have posted a screen capture of your webpage to this post, so everyone can see what I an talking about.
