5 STAR WIRELESS STAR WIRELESSSTAR_WIRELESS THEY OFFER YOU CHEAP PRICES ON THE PHONE THEN THEY GAVE ME A REALLY CHEAP SCREEN THAT DID NOT LAST AND THE MOMENT I TOUCHED IT THEN I GOT A BIG NASTY LOOKING BUBBLE ON MY PHONE. LOS ANGELES California
I CALLED THEM IMMEDIATELY THEY WERE NOT NICE ABOUT IT THEY TRIED TO CHARGE ME MORE MONEY. THEY DONT PUT THE RIGHT SCREENS ON THEIR PHONES AND THEY ARE NOT NICE PEOPLE . THEY NEVER FIXED MY PHONE ISSUE NOW I HAVE TO PAY DOUBLE THE MONEY. THEY DID IT ON PURPOSE THEN TRIED TO BLAME THEIR FAULTS ON ME. THEY PUT THE CHEAPEST QUALITY SCREEN ON PHONES THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY DOUBLE THE PRICE ELSE WHERE THEY HAVE EVERYBODY WAITING AND WAITING FOR HOURS BEFORE YOU WILL EVEN RECEIVE SERVICE THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT IT WILL BE READY IN 2 HOURS BUT IN REALITY THEY WILL HAVE YOU WAITING AROUND THE WHOLE DAY WHILE THEY DRAG THEIR FEET. THIS IS UNETHICAL AND NOBODY SHOULD TREAT ANYBODY LIKE THAT. THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO FIX CELLPHONES CORRECTLY. THEY USE VERY POOR QUALITY AND THEN YOUR LCD WOULD GO OUT COMPLETELY THEY DO IT ON PURPOSE TO MAKE CUSTOMERS COME BACK.
Star Wireless is a scam. they were supposed to fix my cracked screen on my phone. They give everyone a cheap price on the phone to draw in customers. they constantly move their location to avoid customers that they beat out of money. They tell customers to drop their cellphones off and that they will have it ready in an 1 1/2 hr and in reality these people take way over 8 hours to fix your phone they will drag their feet. they also dont care anything about their customers. they are incosiderate of other people. these people can't even fix cellphones properly. my phone worked better when i had the cracked screen than when i went there. This is what happened. Star Wireless told me it would be 100.00 to fix the cracked screen on my note 4 . so when they fixed it they rigg the phones up so that the phone will mess up and you have to come back this is their scam, they only fix gang bangers phones right because they are scared of them, if you are a woman or a normal guy that doesnt look intimidating they will not fix your phone correctly. i seen several mad customers when i went there. in reality they will put more heat than needed to seal the screen on so that your LCD will be damaged and then you have to pay them again for the LCD and another screen then they make an extra amount of money. they don't fix cellphones good at all. They scam and ripoff customers thats why they switch locations on their business address. when they fixed my screen on my android phone they messed up my phone on purpose then they did not want to fix it properly. i had to pay another celluar phone repair shop to fix my phone. so it cost me way too much money. i am going to take them to court about this besause its not right for anyone to treat someone like this for no reason at all. Save your money i suggest dont let these people fix your phone because they will mess it up really badly and you will loose money.
