on march 2010 i called local net internet service and signed up and got a user name. i then after signinging up realized it was dial up not broadband service. I am poor i get a goverment ssi check each month and it pays my bills but i live pay check to pay check.i called the same day march 29, 2010 told them i wanted to cancel because they were dial up and im computer illiterat it was for my 18 yr old son.  they said i could not i had to write them and use my user name and say to cansel. so i did this 4-3-2020. Now my bank fifth third bank called me 4-16-2010 and sai i have a over draft fee 37.00 plus i had no money to pay it that day not till 5-1-2010 so i will owe them all that 24.99 plus 37.00 plus 8.00 each day till may, 1 2010 when i get my check. So total will be 189.00 and that will be took out all my may bill money when check comes in.

I told them to cancel me its not fair all in the same day and im a christian and still seems i cant get justice. I have no lawyer for me i have no money none left from my small check i get monthly. Please help me. fifth third bank is very bad no good. all they do is keep charging you and keep you owing more and more. i feel internet company is wrong and need to take my fee off i did not use them not once and bank definitly needs to take all fees off.i wanted to close my account and my son did and because we have not had it with them 6 months yet they want to charge us 25.00 each. yes more money. i feel bank is no good or internet company. im very unhappy, and dissappointed and hurt and wondering where all this money will come from. i have no relatives left all deceased to borrow off of and my friends are only on a check or low income and i couldnt pay back if any could loan to me.

You said you don't want dial up, that you live government check to check and you are mad because what your son wanted broadband?  Really? Do you know Broadband costs more than dial up? Did your son tell you that?

Either way, you signed up in March and didn't cancel until April 3rd. You were billed for one month of internet service. It is not the internet companies fault that your bank account bounced or the banks fault that you spent more than you had. Don't spend $2 if you only have $1.

You should also tell your 18 year old sons if he wants something, he should get a job and pay for it himself because your social security check only goes so far.
