I followed up on an advertisement that said try this product *5X Trim600) for Free - just pay shipping of $4.95. Once you get in there it also offers you a Super Colon Clean product for $4.95. Nowhere in the advertising that I see on their webpage at this time does it say there will be further shipments or further charges. Of course, I did not put my information in again, for fear of having more charges!
So once you get the product - they charge you $94.97 after 14 days, then send you a second bottle and charge you $94.97 and then want to send you a 3rd bottle. Their bottles say ALL RETURNS REQUIRE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER. Please call the customer service number found on your confirmation email for returns.
I have checked my emails and did NOT find a confirmation email. I found the phone number on the bottom of my invoice for $94.97.
When you call to return your product - they say sure you can return it - but we will not refund it! They say your paperwork says you can return it but it doesnt' say anything about a refund being made! Then they offer to give you the third bottle at half price and they also offer to give you an additional bottle (4th bottle) free of charge.
Funny because right now their website does not even have this product - it leads to a totally different product called Metabo Matrix. There are 3 different websites for this company as well 5xtrim600.org, .com and .net.
When I mentioned I thought this was a total scam and this stuff doesn't work, the man I was speaking with started saying things like it takes 3 bottles to get the full effect - after the first bottle is completely used you should feel your clothes fitting differently, you won't lose weight, but lose fat and gain muscle, etc. When I said I thought he was reading that information from a form he hung up on me.
When I called back the woman I spoke with transferred me back to the same man. They refuse to refund your money!
