My wife and I previously went to Six Day Dental in Flower Mound to have a rotuine exam and teeth cleaning. We had not settled in the the dental chair before the Hygenist told us it that we both needed mouth guards.

They spent more time trying to sell mouth guards than attending to my dental needs.

The dentist identified a problem with a tooth that I had repaired several years ago and he wanted to do an implant. I rejected the implant. His comment was "Are you just going to wait for the tooth to fall out"!

The end of the story is that my wife did order a mouth guard that cost almost $500.00 for a piece of molded rubber.

Jim I wanted you to know you are not alone in your thoughts about this place. My manager told them she was moving out of state in order to get her x rays. She had a bad absess that was totally missed by these people 2 weeks prior when she had x-rays and an exam completed. She found a wonderful dentist office to treat her - Natalie Goodman in Lewisville. Upon her recommendation I took all 3 of my children there yesterday and today. One teenager had his braces removed 6 months ago, and he has 14 cavities. There was no high pressure sales or the bad attitude like experienced at 6 day. I havent been able to chew on the left side of my mouth for 3 months, after they started their work on me. One of their office employees posted outlandish comments on my post. He had the nerve to say "you get what you pay for". I paid premimum prices for substandard work, very poor customer service, and overbilled $389.00 more than was owed. No, I didnt get what I paid for, that is exactly why I moved on and many others have to. I posted my compliments to my new dentist office on line and will recommend her because they are worthy of a good recommendation. there are no incentives for recommending new patients, other than good, quality service and competent office staff with "can do" attitudes, if you use their recommended services or not. I can substiantiate every claim made in this post and will gladly provide names of individuals mentioned upon request by Rip off.
