This company has taking 49.99 out of my account and caused me to go insufficent, and had to pay overdraft charges. I called the company whenI seen that they had taking that money out of my account. The only way I got the number was from my bank. I called and I was told that I would have the money put back in may account in 7 to 10 business days, and this have been going on since Dec. 22, and when I call they are very rude, and tell me that I need to wait another 3 to 5 business days. This company is a rip off and are very rude.

I did eventually get my money back but I had to go to my bank to get the correct contact information. I had tried to call but had no luck until I got a copy of the electronic draft which shoed the actual website I need to go to. While I didn't get the OD fee they cost me as well, I did get my $49.95 back. The company requires you to go to their website and fill out a refund request form once you cancel the account. It took them about 2 weeks to get me my money back to me-they claimed they never gt the first refund request but they did get the second oneand I followed the directions the same way each time-go figure!
I'd go to your bank and get a copy of the electronic draft and look for the website information. You may have better luck than if you've been calling them.
