Complaint Review: 7th Capital - Internet

Dillon is a liar, I did own the properties at the time I began doing business with him. I also advised him that a few of my properties were going into foreclosure. He said no problem, it would only take 10 days to get this funded & that I should be ok. DON'T TRUST THIS MAN, HE ASK FOR ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATES & THAT'S ILLEGAL. PLEASE REVIEW BELOW TO SHOW THAT DILLON WAS FULLY AWARE OF THE FACT THEY WERE TRYING TO FORECLOSE ON MY PROPERTIES WHILE I WAS DOING BUSINESS WITH HIM. HE SAID NO WORRIES & I WOULD RECEIVE CHECK IN 10 DAYS. I GAVE HIM APPROXIMATELY 3 MONTHS & HE COULDN'T PRODUCE.

WE DO NOT ASSIST PEOPLE IN MORTGAGE FRAUD.

It is not our fault you lost your homes in foreclosure.  It was also very nice of you to fabricate your version of events. 

We would say if anything you are the unprofessional person with the revenge and disturbing language.   We as didnt particularly find your ebonics very professional and you cussing at several of our staff who did nothing but tried to be sympathetic to your situation and assist you even though it was completely uncalled for and unprofessional. 

We cannot help that you did not own your homes and we cannot buy them from you. 

You are doing criminal activity and we do not want anything to do with you.  Mortgage filing does not lie as you did.

Sure youre upset you lost your home but its not our fault.  We have plenty of people we have helped in these trying times for our clients. Maybe life will have a better turn of events for you.

We are not the company to go to for illegal, criminal or fraudulent activity.  We told you this in the beginning as and still you called us many times trying to get us to do your mortgages and under false pretense and trying to tell us you will pay us large amounts of cash is not how we do business.  

You waited on us?

That's funny how can you wait on us when you were supposedly going to sell your house to us? 

Is that really waiting on us?   Its truly ironic how you say:

1. We were rude when you cussed all the time on the phone about your situation.  The &%^% bank this and that.

2. We made you wait when you were trying to sell multiple properties that you did not even own.  How can we make you wait if you were selling something? Your argument is vague with no anything but unwarranted frivolous meaningless dribble and slander.

3. We black mailed you, if you recall you were trying to black mail us by saying that if we don't help you out you will slam us all over the internet as you have.

NO MISS TAMMI DOUGLAS WE WILL NOT HELP YOU DO FRAUD, ITS NOT OUR FAULT YOU LOST YOUR HOMES.

Obviously your stated income (fake income as it must have been to get the loans in the first place) must have been part of the problem as to why you lost them.   Who knows I don't know why you lost them, it is unfortunate that you feel everyone is against you and that its our fault.

Many of the people on our staff think you have a psychological problem like bi polar or something and maybe should look into getting help as well as not continuing to do crooked mortgage deals.

Plus we must advise you fabricating responses and insinuating what we said is called libel.  We advise you to cease and desist unless you would like a slander and libel suit on you along with all your other criminal activity being brought forth.

Lastly for a quick recap to break this down in yet still simpler level that its the home owners responsibility to pay for a house so even if you did own the homes WHICH YOU DID NOT, IT WOULD STILL NOT BE OUR FAULT YOU DIDN'T MAKE YOUR HOUSE PAYMENTS. 

THE BANK FOUND YOU GUILTY AND YOU ARE GUILTY ITS NOT OUR FAULT.
