9278.com A.k.a 9278 Communications Inc Beware of these scum bags. Don't waste your money in buying card from there. NewYork Internet
I saw the advertisement of www.9278.com on timesofindia.com. This is one of the regular ads displayed there with good deals. I went and bought a vsnl phone card first which last much lesser than the time it was supposed to. I posted my concerns and got replied to wait for few days so that they can get details. Later on, following up did returned any results to me.
I took another chance and bought a Express connection card for $5. When trying to make a call, I was continously getting **Invalid Pin**. I have not been able to use this card at all. I tried contacting them on phone 3-5 times but no one ever picked.
I mailed to their customer service [email protected] and got automated response that they will be looking into the problem. I have not received any response from them.
They are just fooling the customers and do not have any customer service at all.
BEWARE ! If you are thinking to buy any card from this site then donate that money to some needful person at least you will be satisfied that you were not fooled.
