Chuck William Fitch, 41, of Canton MI is a career scammer with an arrest record. Using tracking cookies and malware, he has inserted code into his sites in order to obtain your personal information which is submitted to him via keystrokes made to your computer. Similar to a keystroke virus, he has encrypted the following sites all owned by him: 995sunglasses.com, detroitbikinicarwash.com, methrift.com, shemadeavideo.com and thriftdvd.com. There are many other sites and they will be addressed. Keep in mind once he gets your information he will open accounts in your name and scam from you until you close your credit cards. restore8 is no longer effective in purging your system

Is it permissible by eBay Policy for a Top Rated Plus Seller to perform offsite cyberstalking and cyberbullying attacking critics for eBay Inc?
I have proven here that Hubcapjoes eBay Seller is slandering and abusing my personal reputation by posting fake reports here. I have asked RR to remove the fake accusations but they won't, so I'll post my evidence here where I have proof that Hubcapjoes owns an offshore website made by him and his selling team at eBay Inc to abuse me, and damage my personal reputation. I believe RR will do the right thing and keep the link within the posts but just in case, I'll post the website whois data here and it can be looked up to reference:

Charles William Fitch is a cyber criminal who will steal your personal information using tracking cookies on his many infected websites. the complete list can be found at chuckfitchscammer.com where you can also hear him pretending to be an FBI agent named Dave Johnson. The real Dave Johnson is headquarted in Sacremento CA and his office was informed of these actions last week. A case is ongoing and results are expected shortly. Also this cyber criminal wears a vendetta mask on youtube and teaches people how to steal online, his many channels include ebayisajoke, ebayisajoke101, ebayscams, ebayisajokeonair and many many more. The report filed is a fake one, they don't even have the owner's name and correct address. The person behind this report is Joseph D**** of Oradell NJ, ebay seller ID hubcapjoes, he is a fraudulent seller on ebay that shills accounts and rips buyers off. We have screen captured an email sent by a fake youtube channel which also goes by the name Blake or Matthew Davis of NJ, he is an Ebay laptop seller that goes by the user ID thebosstrs and also rips buyers off on ebay. In the email sent to us he admits that he will file fake ripoff reports on us. I have included the screen capture of the email.
