99SANTA Never Delivered My Purchase China? Internet
This internet based company is a scam. I ordered various items from them online on 6 December. These were supposed to be Christmas presents. Unfortunately my package never arrived. Communicating with this company is hard. There is no phone number. I received an email apologizing for the delay and confirming that my package was on its way (after 25 December). I replied I only wanted a full refund ($126.00).To date, still no package and no refund. Not sure what to do against an online Cy probably based in China.
