I called to schedule a cab from the suburbs of Chicago to the city. I was told the fare would be no more than $25. My fare ended at $61!!
My cab driver that picked me up, texted the whole time, swerving in between lanes not paying attention to the road (honestly feel like he was drunk). He breaked alot and last minute. I had to repeatedly tell him where to go because he would not listen. They charge an extra $3 to use a Credit card - all this and I still tipped $10 cash.
I called to complain and the "Manager" told me "You're crazy lady" he screamed at me the entire time. I was supposed to be issued a credit and this guy denied everything!
Do not use this company. They LIE about their cab fare and double the price of anyone else, drivers are insane and Management are a*holes.
