J & S auto hauler took my Honda CRV to California and never delivered it on time. They delivered my car in 14 days but they claimed that they would be delivered my car in 5 to 7 days. Javier was the driver and he told me that his truck broke down and I have to wait until they repaired it. They charged me $1025 for storage and $1150 transport fees.
I had to pay them $2175 in order for them to give my car back. When I contacted Anna Hansen from A-AAA Auto Transport LLC, she couldn't give me the right answer where my car was and why they charged so much money for storage when my car was never delivered to my house in Oakland California.
Javier aka the driver doesn't even speak English and he couldn't give me a good explanation about my car and what happened. Anna claimed that when the truck broke down then they have to pay for storage to maintain all cars, that didn't make sense to me. I filed a report to the better business bureau and online so these people could stop ripping people off.
