Model Name: Kenmore Refrigerator Problem: No repair.No Service.Deposit withheld for filing BBB complaint. Numerous "no show" installation dates.No return phone calls.False name identifications.Advertised State License number and business name not in CA.State Licensing data base (5/25/06).

Complaint Description:On 3/29/06,3:00pm, A.A.A.(A Able Appliance. Inc.)repairman,Vit,agreed to install refrigerator icemaker/water dispensor during home service call.Installation set for 3/31/06,1:00pm,due to a part order.$50 deposit provided.

3/31, 1:00pm appointment,no show,no phone.Called AAA for part status,informed"Part not in.Will contact me when available".

4/14, 1:00pm called Fred(AAA manager),"part not in.Will check and call back.",no call back.

4/20,1:20pm called Fred at AAA,"will call back with part status",no call back.

2:25pm, called Fred "will call back in 1 hour with status",no call back.

4/25 4:00pm-4:45pm,called another A.A.A. phone number.Spoke with Manager,Joe(refused to provide full name).Later identified himself as Steve Kline.Mutual agreement to service date 4/28.

4/28,no show,no phone.Called Steve Kline 4:45pm,informed by AAA operator,"no one employed by such name".Requested manager on duty,transferred to manager,Steve(refused to identify by last name.Same person as Joe ? & Steve Kline).Requested $50 Deposit return.Refused deposit return,unless I agreed to remain silent about my A.A.A.,Inc experience,i.e. report to B.B.B. and/or Consumer Affairs,etc.Requested contact info for A.A.A. owner(s),refused to provide any info.

Result to date 5/25/06: BBB has closed filed complaint due to non-response from AAA. Waiting for a phone call back from, Nick Diamond, the person in charge of refunds, per Fred(manager). Still waiting. Still waiting. Still waiting.......
