I was pushed into buying a flat iron from a russian sounding girl who had a name tag "Kati." She swore up and down that this Spectrum Pro flat iron did wonders. She claimed I could walk outside in the rain and my hair would still look exactly the same as it did when she flat ironed it for me that evening. She claimed that when I woke up the next morning that my hair would look the same way too. She claimed her then perfect hair had not even been washed in 4 days because she uses this flat iron and it's so amazing. I did like the results of the flat iron at the time, so I told her that if the next day my hair still looked the same I would come back and buy it. She then laid on the serious pressure and claimed that they had a deal going on that was buy one get one half off. She said this lady had just bought one and had not gotten the second one that would be half off. She said if I promised not to to tell anyone she would ring it up for half price to make it look like the other lady bought one half off. She was pushy enough that I ended up buying it believing that as expensive as it was in the end it would save me time because it was a very good product....

 I was at the mall at 6pm that night when "Kati" flat ironed my hair. By 9pm when I got home that night my hair had already started to get wavy and the ends were flipping back out. I was SO angry. I called customer service the next day and oh my god did I get the run around from Daniel I believe his name was. He had a thick indian accent and all he did was argue with me that the product worked so well and his wife loved it and this was the first time he'd ever heard someone complain of bad results. He blammed it on the fact that maybe I had some other product on my hair when she flat ironed it. He went on and on about how amazing ISO was. I told him the product did not work and the saleswoman lied to me and I wanted a refund. He told me I was wrong that she did not lie. He tried to tell me that he would exchange it for a better flat iron, the ISO Turbo Pro. I told him I want a refund and I already have a flat iron that cost me half of what they charged me and had the same results. BTW that same flat iron was like $50 or less at other places online. Daniel claimed he'd call me back in 24 hours.

 In two days I had not heard from him and I called him back. He said that he wouldn't refund me but I could go back to the kiosk and ask for Tal that night and he would exchange the flat iron for a better one and give me free shampoo and conditioner as well. I went to the kiosk and Tal was not there. Nor had he passed on the message to Kati who had a deer in the headlights look when I showed up again and unhappy. I called customer service back because I was so mad I was told to go to the kiosk and spent the time and gas money to drive 25 mins to get here, for nothing. Again, he refused to refund me and gave me the run around. I told Daniel I wanted to talk to his manager. Again I was told I'd be contacted in 24 hours. It's been 2 days and I am going to call them back yet again. This company is ridiculous! Bad products and bad customer service!
