A Better Today Recovery Services ABT They Stoled my Money for Services not rendered Scottsdale Arizona
I went to a Better Today Recovery Services and signed up for a 60 day program and the recruiter really painted a picture of a Five Star recovery center. I get to a house in Scottsdale AZ we needed to cook our own food but we had to wait for people to get done eating so we even had silverware. After an agonizing DETOX with no medication of 10 days I finally got some medication. Then I got moved to Apartments little did I know I was going to live in in a van 4 hours a day to get shuttled all over the recruitter failed to mention that. The 17th day of my 60 day program my life was threatened by a fellow patient, that patient had access to knifes and I felt that I had no choice but to leave treatment. I called immediately to get a refund but they refused I disputed the amount on the credit and paid for the seventeen day prorated, they refused to work with me or give me anything for my stolen money. These people are greedy and very uncaring I had to pay the full $25,000.00 Cash and I will never for to any rehab place again. These people just want to take advantage of sick people just go to AA meeting and forget the rehabs that is what I finally did.
