A & E Jewelers Adam Binder Fraud, Theft, Lied Jupiter, Florida
On January 29, 2012, Adam Binder of A&E Jewelers came to my home in Fort Myers to purchase gold from me. He had done the same several years ago in Maryland. He paid me $1,225.00 for the gold. I showed him a platinum and 3 diamond ring as well as a sapphire and diamond in gold ring set. He suggested that he turn the 2 into a ring that I could wear and said he would get back to me the following Tuesday with details. As I had done business with him previously and knew him and his fiance, I trusted him. I have not heard from him, have requested my rings be returned, and have attempted to contact him many times by phone and email. He will not respond. My daughter finally reached him and he told her that he was in a car accident and had been robbed. She asked to see the accident report and asked if his insurance company had reimbursed him. He hung up on her. The man stole my jewelry. DO NOT TRUST HIM!!!!
