- was told that email with RMA form was emailed - never arrived - called "GEORGE" again and he said he sent it again - asked if I was accusing him of lying about sending the RMA form - asked if I was accusing him of lying about what the order authorization person told me - 7:45 pm - 3 hours 45 minutes later - NO RMA FORM

- "GEORGE" said that he emailed the RMA form ... it did not come - I called again and he said he emailed it several times ... it did not come - He said he emailed it again ... then said "WAIT" and hung up
