Like every common person in the world,we get in debt,and some times we need help.When Aggressive Financial Solution contacted me and said "LET ME HELP YOU GET OUT OF DEBT". Of course of the six credit cards I needed help with... NONE were LATE,OVER LIMIT,or PASS DUE. But by consolidating their payments and reducing the interest I could manage my debt.So he rolled up his sleeve and displaying many watches he says TELL YOU WHAT I"M GOING TO DO...GIVE ME 200 DOLLARS and I'll TAKE CARE OF YOU. (he could of said bend over and I'm going to take care of you... because it turned out to be the same resolve) Before I could scratch my butt...my 200 dollars was gone from my checking account and Mr. Sunshine was off the phone.

Next I get a phone call from A NEW HORIZON and they are the ones that will take care of EVERY THING...They analysis my bills set payment amounts and then get excess to my checking account to make the total payment..which will be divided by them to EACH CREDIT CARD COMPANY. Of course they asked for and received a copy of the statements from ALL the credit card companies.The 3rd of every months payments were taken from my checking account.

After the first month....I noticed that my payments were being made LATE and I received a LATE CHARGE and the late charge created an OVERAGE charge. I call New Horizon and the happy voice on the other end says"DON"T WORRY ABOUT IT" we'll take care of it and make the corrections. By the third month my late and overage charges were keeping up with my payments (SO THAT NOTHING WAS BEING PAYED)But when I called AGAIN and the Happy Voice Said ..."DON"T WORRY ABOUT IT" we'll take care of it.(AND SHE SHOULD OF SAID ALL WE NEED IS MORE VASOLINE)

By the 6 month,I looked up all my bills. And after paying 996 dollars in payments...my bills were only reduced by 126 dollars.

My credit score which was 616 (not out standing) but was now lower by 69 points.(I often wondered what that hole in the barrel was for)

My final call to The NEW HORIZON was Not met with a happy voice.. after I told them what was happening to me. Instead I asked if I could pay off all my bills and be done with my happy time consoling program She said OK.

But now when I go back to Mr. Sunshine( FROM Aggressive Financial Solutions) to get my 200 dollars,he says I didn't finish the program in a year..like I was suppose to. They considered PAYING OFF the debts a way of dropping out of the program (THEY WILL BE THE ONES TO MAKE THE DETERMINATION ON THE TIME LIMIT>>>REGARDLESS WHETHER I HAVE ANY MORE BILLS TO PAY OR NOT) I tried to explain to AGGRESSIVE FINANCIAL SOLUTION that the way New Horizon was paying my bills I could no longer stay on the Titantic or finish the ride to the bottom..just to get the adda boy reward for stupidity. Maybe I should of just stayed in the program for a year and don't pay any thing...DAAAA

Well Mr Sunshine and his COMPANY AGGRESSIVE FINANCIAL SOLUTION ARE "NOTHING" but RIP OFF ARTISTS TAKEN MONEY FOR DOING ABSOLUTELY nothing. Plus failing to realizing when THEY MADE A MISTAKE. I probably could have excepted their response if they would of said....WE DON"T HAVE THE MONEY NO MORE...we spent it on vaseline. But to argue the contract language with me REALLY SUCKS.

PEOPLE HAVE GOT TO LEARN THAT COMPANIES LIKE A NEW HORIZON AND AGGRESSIVE FINANCIAL SOLUTION ....."ARE NOT ON THE CUSTOMER SIDE"

THEY ARE THERE TO MAKE MONEY OFF OF YOU... NOTHING ELSE. THEY PREY ON THE POOR AND CONFUSED. WATCH YOUR BACK IF YOU GO TO ONE OF THESE BEND OVER I WANT TO HELP YOU COMPANIES

I should sue A new Horizon for the money they took from me (15 dollars)a payment plus the lost money I had to pay for being LATE. But MOST OF ALL THE FICO SCORE they gave me ....who knows how long its going to take to recover my credit score. AFTER THEY HELPED ME

Mr Van Auken JR from Aggressive Financial Solutions who replied to my Rip Off Report....MADE NO REFERENCE to the MONEY "HIS" COMPANY TOOK from me. But than again I didn't expect him to come out and say "Yed I screwed William,I needed that 200 dollars. He's just a PEE ON...like the rest of the miserable poor people who we take money from. Instead he put the blame on ME....I didn't do this....I didn't do that...I was late with this and that. Whatever! MR Auken JR regardless of where the "ANH"S" went. Payment dates...Address's...and everything else was sent by e mail to your company and New Horizon. It was included with your rubber contract. The bills YOU refer to,as being sent to your company by mistake..were JUST FOR REFERENCE. You make me laugh the way you manipulate the facts of this Scam. YOU FORGOT....I WAS THE ONE talking to your people and new Horizon. While you sat at your big desk and asked your SUBORDINATES..."WHAT HAPPENED" and than rely on their "RECOLLECTION" Don't tell me about something you knew nothing about. My money and payment discussions were with A New Horizon....something you knew NOTHING ABOUT. Unless you have a spy in their office. But isn't it amazing,HOW IN YOUR REBUTTLE....YOU say NOTHING ABOUT THE 200 DOLLARS "YOUR COMPANY " TOOK FROM ME...OR EXPLAIN "WHY" YOUR ENTITLED TO KEEP IT. Your company is operating a Scam and Ripping the American public out of monies...your not entitled to. PEOPLE..."PLEASE"KEEP CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY.....THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN....AND IF YOU COMPLAIN..THEY'LL TELL YOU WITH A STRAIGHT FACE.."IT WAS ALL YOUR FAULT"....I KNOW IF Aggressive Financial Solutions wants to resolved this dispute they should just send me my 200 dollars.

Dear William, Your words are not only incorrect but they are vulgar. The time frame you speak of is also incorrect. The late charges you received is simply because you sent ANH's information to the wrong address, and how I know this is because you sent it here. I had to forward it to ANH. That meant your payment to ANH would be late!Also which is clearly explained in the paperwork. of course you didn't read it is that after 3 timely payments your accounts would have reaged, that means bring them back to an even status. You claim the fee was $15.00, your payments were dropped, thats because after our quote to must have said you couldn't afford that so that dropped the payment in order to help you, that of course means your creditors would get less. No one tries to hurt anyone hear, A New Horizon and Aggressive Financial Solutions both did what they said they would and you the client just has to be patient enough to let it work. You gave it enough time to use the creditors but didn't want to take the time to fix it. True there is a short term pain for a long term gain, you just could stick with it. I object to your vulgar complaint, but it easy to point fingers at everyone but yourself! Sincerely, AFS Management
