Ada Pagano National Association for Professional & Executive Women Member of American Society of Interior Designers Florida Licensed Interior Designer #0003066 All information in this complaint is 100% true. There are documents in writing, faxes from the buyer/customer, and emails to prove every statement and claim I have made. I do not expect to recover the money that has been taken from us, even though Ada Pagano is using the work she directed us to complete. She has damaged our PayPal.Com account, caused funds to be held in-defineately related to other customers and job, and has damaged our business. She is not only guilt of bad business practices but of of defrauding a service provider which is similar in the state of Florida to defrauding an Inns keeper which is a crime! If after reviewing these statements and complaints she somehow attempts to make this right we will of course publish the result or resolution to accurately describe what has happened here.

Ada Pagano National Association for Professional & Executive Women Member of American Society of Interior Designers Florida Licensed Interior Designer #0003066 is a thief. She Paid us to mimic/copy a site from from Fine Decorators and when we completed the hourly work she reversed the charges on her credit card and is USING the EXACT work we provided at this very moment at www.apaganodesign.com This man Mark Allan at [email protected] has copied what we created / mimic'd for Ada Pagano and assisted her in defrauding us... Here are the bottom lines: (1) A. Pagano states there are/were unhappy with work provided! Answer - If this was the case why are they using the fruits of our labor? which can be seen at www.apaganodesign.com Example: If you buy goods or services with a credit card from a store and later dispute the quality and demand your money back you don't get to keep the item in question. That is the idea behind a return, it means return of funds and return on work or goods. She never made any demand verbal or otherwise as to a return of funds for any reason. She simply charged back the money and kept the work... and is attempting to use a wide variety of lies and deceptiveness to hide the very simple fact that she has taken the work we did and not paid us for it "at all" See she did not just chargeback some of our payment she charged it all back. We have server logs showing someone guided by her taking our property when she knew d**n good and well she had chargedback all the monies to us. This is THEFT and is a crime!!!

We have subsequently found out that Ada Pagano of A. Pagano Design in St. Petersburg, Florida who also does business in Orlando and surrounding areas lied and fraudulently used her banks chargeback procedures to unlawfully leverage herself in an attempt to reduce her liability / costs for work we performed. We have documentation and proof of this. It is posted at along with proof of the web content we created. The actual site we created is there as well that can be compared to her live site at apaganodesign.com
