Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

My grandchildren has attended this daycare and because their mother is young they feel they can manipulate her.  A co-pay is due every 1st of the month and with the 1st falling on holiday this daycare charged my daughter a late fee of $10 a day until the next business day even sat/sun when the center isn't even open for business. Then to top it off changed the times of opperation not considering people do work and have set schedules.  This daycare will charge you a fee for bringing the kids to early and picking up late.  On top of all that Mrs. Cheryl took it upon her self to disenroll my grandkids from her daycare a set up for them to attend another daycare based on a conversation that my daughter visited inquireing about enrolling her children there.. Just some example of the unprofessionalism that takes place at this center... Who is the provider and what is their definition of service is it to help or dictate

#2REBUTTAL Owner of company

Hello,

My name is Cheryl Waters-Sherer and I am the owner of A Promising Tomorrow. The negative report written by the disgruntle grandmother as unfortunate.  We have many policies and procedures that must be followed in order to be as effective and efficient as possible. We try to accommodate our families by providing clear and straight forward guidelines to assure that there are no surprises and you can decide in a timely manner if our facility can still service your families needs. We are not the program for all because of strict rules to assure order among families and staff.  I do understand that some people do not quite understand what it takes to operate a small business and that it must take in consideration many factors to be successful. There are times when things may change, which isn't often, and every family is always given an adequate notice before any major changes are made. We are not the program for all but for the families that do follow policies and procedures they can count on seem to have very few problems and seem to be very happy with our program.
