On 4/17/02 I sent $2500.00 to the Money Club(now known as A Synergy Single Line Company) to receive leads and joint business centers. The Money Club sayed, " the more centers you purchase the more money you will make."
For every j.b.c. that the customer purchased @100.00 each, they were guaranteed to receive $200.00 per center once that center became qualified. According to the Money Club, the qualification period would take 3-4 weeks from the date of the submitted application.
I purchased 25 j.b.c. for $2500.00, which represented a one time fee. These advertising dollars did not go to work, per their sales letter. Thus, once I became qualified I would have received $5000.00. This did not happen.
I became very concerned when I did not receive any leads and my joint business centers did not become qualified. On 5/31/02 I finally received an email from the Money Club(
[email protected]) stating that they are no longer promoting the program.
They sayed that, "we no longer have leads available. It is taking to long for centers to become qualified. And we can no longer handle customer issues." To say the least I'm very very very upset. I have wrote the bbb with little support. They basically sayed that, they can not force the hand of the company. This is unbelivable!!!
Jim Demay was the #1 distributor at the Money Club. He was my sponsor. He assured me that the Money Club had a track record of distributing product any paying commissions on time.
The Money Club turned over these matters to Mr. Jim Demay. Mr. Jim Demay in turned started the "A Synergy Single Line Company." He sayed former members of the Money Club will be grandfathered into this "new" program. However, under this new program grandfathered members are required to bring in three new members and fill out a new application. No longer a passive opprtunity.
I will continue to fight this issue. This $2500.00 was not sent to charity. I sent this money in good faith. I asked for an apple and I'm being forced to accept a lemon!!!
