A1NutritionProducts.com - AMK Squared Enterprises Product supposedly backordered on-line - never received- CC never credited back - no response - phone # not activated Oldsmar, FL Florida
Ordered pet products from A1 on-line in May 2008. A1 immediately charged my debit card 37.75. After several weeks, I checked on status of order, there was none - I sent my first request to them.
After a couple requests, I was informed that the products were backordered and I was asked if I wanted to keep order open (product was supposed to be available in 2 weeks), so I said ok.
Never did receive any products.
Have now sent 2 on-line requests for cancellation of the order and a credit back to my debit card. Have not received any response.
A1's phone number is no where to be found on their web site. I did find it on one of their email responses. The 800# had never been activated I was told by the operator.
I have informed my bank, cancelled my debit card.
Will report fraud to Florida Secretary of State and the FTC.
