A1Wireless rebate ripoff Berkeley California
I bought a phone from a1wireless and when I was buying the lady only told me that they are going to send the rebate after six months I said ok.
I bought the phone and went out of country for a month and when I came back I received third and fourth bills and send the rebate forms.
I waited three months and called them to learn and they told me that they are not honouring my rebate because it was not postmarked within one month after my third month bill.
I did not understand why they put such a deadline since It should be ok for them to keep my money as much as they can and the supervisor (Racuel) was so stubborn and trying to frame me as a lier that you are not after your 500$ that is your fault, bla bla...
Supervisor has the right to honour my rebate but she did not want to she always keep saying company policy. Think about it a company policy that hurt customers and they do not tell this policy when you buy the phone it comes after with a bunch of rebate forms that has lots of traps
It is a trap if you can meet the deadline they steal your money,
they got my $550
