Really disappointed at the lack of professionalism this company demonstrates. Two telephone representatives claimed a truck had been dispatched two (2) days prior to a contract being executed. When unforeseen circumstances between the seller and buyer occurred aa motorcycle transport refused to waive their $200 cancellation charge claiming that a truck had already been dispatched. What kind of company would dispatch a truck without a fully executed contract? Further, both representatives were very happy to transact business until it was cancelled, their tone and attitude was abrasive and abusive. Will never do business with this unprofessional group again!
