I found the company in the mailers Value for NJ
I live in Staten Island and called for a quote and estimate
Al came and since my flue for gas heater was leaking water from roof down to the basement
They (Al and a worker) went on roof and check the basement next
Al quoted a 1200 $ price, the sane as other person who posted a complaint on this site, but in my case the leak was real and from previous homeowners its been going on for at least two years : maybe longer.
Al recommended a new liner as he said the inner liner is rusted and corroded
I asked for pictures which he obliged and it looked pretty bad. So final outcome i was shown the stainless steel new flex liner they would use and i priced it online so as Al said the materials alone were in the 400$ range( he said 500 but the price varied based on brand etc. the mailer had a 100 dollar off any 500$ repair and after a bit of haggling we agreed on 900$ . Im not sure i needed the new liner but the company could bot warranty against carbon monoxide if i chose not to replace that. Final result is I'm not sure if i was scammed and so far i am happy with the repair buy felt to put it up here to be fair to Reliable it may be that in my case the job was well done. Keep you posted
