AAA1A Divorce by phone SCAM Internet
I called the company they indicated they do the entire divorce. They mail you completed divorce when granted. I indicated I did not know ss number, or signature of husband. I do not know his whereabouts. They said no problem and sold me a form for 100 dollars more. It brought my total to 700.00. I did not get anything till I emailed them a month later. They sent me blank forms for totally wrong county to file in. I called them back and indicated I lived in a different county. I also indicated I was told they would do divorce in entirety. The girl said oh no one would of told you that. I ask a million times what did my money buy. She could not give me a answer. Next she sent incomplete forms for another county. I called back it took her forever to find me on the computer. I finally ask her does she sleep at night scamming people, would she like it done to her? The papers were so incomplete, the whole operation was like you see on 60 minutes. I went to my bank a credit union they are going after them.

Unfotunately this person did not understand what a divorce proceeding is, even though it was explained in advance. The fact is, they did get the service exactly as described .
The local courts grant divorces not a private company . When a divorce has been reviewed by the judge it gets signed off and mailed to each party, at that time you are divorced.
When a person goes to a divorce attorney and pays 1500 to 2500 for the same job, that includes advice and representation. Our service is only meant for people who do not need either because their divorce is simple.
A divorce proceeding is made up of divorce documents, which we provide -some personal information must be inserted ( takes 5 minutes ) . The real value comes in us knowing the rules and proceedures that must be followed, you are not on your own .
Our service is not a online service nor should be compared to one where your interface is with a computer.The forms provided are guaranteed to be accepted in your local court or your money back.
Cost for the divorce vary depending on the case( complexity) $150 to $600 is the range. The person reporting was never charged what she stated.
