I filed a dispute May 13, 2009
He had an . So I purchased it. I spent the day and the night going through the site. I found the submitters and blasters are the same ones you have listed on your site.

I contacted paypal and filed a dispute. They went in his favor. They said they where not responsible for the content of the site!
Status
We're unable to decide this claim in your favor at this time. PayPal's Buyer Complaint Policy applies to the shipment of goods but not to disputes about merchandise quality.
First I called him. He has his telephone number posted on paypal. He conversed with me telling me he did not owe me anything. Paypal ruled against it. I said to him you have a . He said he did not. Well I took a screen shot of the sales page the day I purchased it. I emailed the copy to him. He sent a threating email after word.
I sent him an email telling him I wanted a refund. He stated he wanted my IP address. I said you had a >no questions asked guaranteeHe removed the no questions asked guaranteeand the guarantee does not apply to a sale, as is stated at the bottom of the sales pagethe guarantee does not apply to a sale<
This comment was not posted anywhere on the sales page. I have the screen shot of the page the day I purchased it. He clearly states an .

I'm not asking you again, ok? I"m under no legal obligation to give you anything. Paypal reviewed and closed your f***kin complaint, so you have no legs to stand on, understand? I want your IP so that after I send your money back I can ban your address from ever entering my member site ever! Do not ever call my business number again, send me another f**ckin email for any G*dd*m reason, understand me? Give me one more ounce of crap, and you won't get a dime, so now send me the address, and I send your money
