AAFES Fort Huachuca Very Bad Work Environment Fort Huachuca, Arizona
Sadly, I worked at Fort Huachuca AAFES . I have proof of bad treatment towards employees, retaliation, and racism. Managers can freely lie at you and make up written complaints when they realize that you noticed their bad behavior. I called To Texas to report what was happening at Fort Huachuca, with all the proof, and next day I was fired. They mistreat people and they feel immune to the law system.
There is no way to fix the situation due to lack of training and ethics. They always say they have no time for training their personnel, even though it is obligatory(in papers). They yell at you and they treat you literally as a slave in front of customers. I have proof of everything. I will never be their customer,and I am glad I am out of there.
Because there are not too many job opportunities for military dependents, they really think they have power over the people.
With the products, occurs the same. Several times, I witnessed the hard lines manager selling expired food at a lower price, and damaged articles. They do not care about consumers at all.
