My husband and I purchased a vehicle from Aamcco in Everett, WA on Rucker from the current manager Rick H. The car had been brought in for service and the owner never came back to recover the vehicle. The manager took the payment and informed us that all the paperwork (title, bill of sale) would be mailed to us once he received the title in the mail from the lean holder on the vehicle. The paperwork never came we called several times Rick was out on Medical leave and no employees could help us get the paperwork. We finally got a hold to the owner Warren who said that the manager was fired however; he would try to make sense of this. Warren signed a note stating that he would get the title if he were unable to get the title he would give us the amount that we paid for the car. Warren never came through on his promise to get the title or the $ 1200.00 that we paid for and have the receipts to prove it.

** Just want every one in Everett to be aware of the liars at Aamcco especially the military who do a lot of business there. My husband is in the Navy he serves his country works hard for his money to have ripped off at Aamco transmission on Rucker in Everett, Washington. *

Firstly, if more than 6 vehicles a year are sold without a motor vehicle at this AAMCO, they are considered a "curbstoner", which is against the law. 2) If there is a lien holder, that means the sale was fraudulent. 3) You need to send for current ownership documents regarding this car by asking Washington Department Of Licensing to mail you information. You will need to fill out a Public Disclosure Request. 4)The lien holder is under no obligation to EVER release their interest without the loan being paid off.
