Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I was employed at AAMCO Transmission in Bonita Springs. I have to let the people know what they're doing to consumers. I have seen a lot of fraudulent acts in that business but these guys take the cake. Do not bring your car their, they will only price gouge you or sell you something you don't need. They are flat out criminals and they should not be in business. Just a few examples, a guy brings his car in for a complaint with his transmission. They drive it and can't find anything wrong with it. So, the next step was to take the pan down and exam it and see if there is any metal. The pan was clean so the Manager, Todd couldn't sell the job. Well, that didn't stop him. He actually dumped metal shavings in the guys pan and told him there was a problem based on all of the metal in there. $2000 later, the guy was broke.

They spray paint used transmissions and call them rebuilt and they sell you a transmission when it's just a $20 switch that was bad!!! I couldn't watch this any longer. These guys are as bad as they come. A young female college student came in with a leaky sunroof. It took the technician only 15 minutes to find the problem and fix it. Her sunroof drains were clogged and he just blew them out with air. The owner of the shop, Kevin, charged this poor girl $250 for that. I asked him if he was serious and he turned red in the face and said he had to make up for his high parts costs some how. So apparently it was this young girls responsibility to pay for other people's transmission parts. I could go on forever with the list of fraud but you get the point. There are too many other shops that do honest work out there. Trust me, stay away from the criminals, you will get taken for a ride. Spread the word to friends and family so it doesn't happen to them as well. Don't become a victim!
