Aargon Collection Agency Aargon hit my credit after another agency was already listed for same debt - No Contact / Other Agency Removed Las Vegas Nevada
Aargon swept in last month, completely unbeknownst to me, and hit my credit score trying to collect on a debt that was already being collected on and reported by a completely different agency. Had they at least attempted to contact me they may have actually got me to pay them, but instead they snuck in and tried to squat on an account already being claimed by another agency. First, I didn't know it was legal to have multiple collection agencys pummel a person's credit score over the same delinquint account. Second, the papers for the debt were obviously bad for the first company because after one challenge it was removed completely from all 3 credit bureaus. It's a safe bet Aargon's papers aren't any better. Perhaps a friendly letter from my attorney will teach Aargon some manners. I wonder how much this little invasion could be worth...
