I also signed the Aarons, do date have never missed a payment.... My payment is due on the 15th of each month. We always pay on the 3rd, it is when my mom gets her check. They call every month to remind her of the payment due on the 3rd. For some strange reason when the 3rd falls on the weekend mom gets paid on the 1st or 2nd. Aarons somehow knows this, I did not tell them, and they call on that date... OMG it makes me so annoyed because we always make the payment on time, always.... We have now paid off everything and early except a tv for $60 a month, they still do the same thing. We returned out computer last week it was not working and I wanted it fixed. They tried to say I broke it, they kept the computer and are still billing me for it. I told them that is wrong, the manager was so rude. You had to be there to see how rude he was! I told him that I would pay a little each month. Why did I tell him that????? Because at that time we were renting a lot of items and I was in fear they would try to illegally repo our "stuff".... Well I think something is fishy because they never mention about the computer, just the TV when reminding of payment. They said they would call me when they fix the computer and they will show me the bill. They have yet to show me any bill. See under there insurance it is suppose to be covered for free when it breaks. I think they got it fixed for free and are trying to charge us so next time I go there I am going to demand the bill or I am not going to pay for it...... I mean it has been months. I was just happy they were not harrassing us about it, just like they forgot all about it. One month I did not may a little on the computer, they still did not say anything. I definitely think somethnig weird is going on. OH!!!!!!!!!!! Also I wanted to mention when we first signed with Aarons we had to have 11 people's phone numbers. Well I put mine by mistake and the bit*ch called me the same day I signed up. She started asking me all kinds of person questions and then she realized it was me, she appologized and hung up..... My mom and I were both peed about them calling all those people and asking questions. I was shocked that they actually do that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So all in all I am upset at Aarons. All in all I am also paying for my TV for 18 months, and have abought 8-9 months left and can't wait. I have spent a fortune on Aarons but still they are not happy. I wish they would call to remind us of payment if we were a day late, but not the same day the payment is due because that is so annoying.

We are sorry that Mr. Tom feels this way about Aaron's however in the agreement it clearly states the action that will be taken if a customer does not fulfill his or her end of the agreement which is making their payment on or before their due date. The "contract" signed with PrimeTime also states the same action that would be taken if the agreement was not upheld by the customer. Mr. Tom contacted our Divisonal Office with a compliant on this store, when the Regional Manager called the customer back he explained that there is no grace period with Aarons. The only way to avoid being called or have someone come by your house is to make your payments on or before there due date. So in response to this report if the customer makes his payment on or before his due date then we will not come out to see him or call him. If there are any other questions in reference to this matter they may be directed to our Divisional Office at 704-845-5064. Thank you Kay Zaccardi
